The product
What exactly does paloto do?

paloto finds the tasks your team repeats on their computers, learns each one from a short conversation and a single demonstration, writes it down as an SOP and turns it into an AI agent. Every agent starts supervised: it prepares the work and a person approves it.

Which tools does it work with?

paloto works with the software your team already uses, such as Outlook, Gmail, SAP, Excel, Google Sheets and Shopify. Each step runs through an API where one exists, through an agent operating the screen where it doesn't, or stays with a person.

How is this different from RPA or a consulting project?

RPA and consultants need someone to map and configure the process first. paloto starts with the employee who already does the task, learns it in minutes and ends with a running agent, without workshops, process maps or code.

Which operating systems are supported?

paloto runs on macOS today. Windows is next on our roadmap.

Trust & data
Does paloto monitor my employees?

No. Noticing is opt-in, can be paused at any time and stays on the employee's own computer. It records patterns, like copying between two apps, never what was copied or typed. Managers don't see it.

What happens to our data?

paloto is built for GDPR and EU data processing. Screen recordings only happen when the employee starts sharing, sensitive data is masked, and recordings are deleted once the SOP is approved. Passwords and credentials are kept in a vault and are never given to the AI model.

What if an agent makes a mistake?

Every agent starts supervised, so nothing happens without approval. Teams switch an agent to Auto only once its track record is convincing, risky steps can keep asking every time, and any correction sends the agent back to supervised.

How do we handle the works council?

paloto is designed so employees stay in control: noticing is opt-in, stays on their device and isn't reported to managers. We're happy to walk your works council through how it works before a pilot starts.

Getting started
Do we need IT or developers?

No code is needed. IT connects the system accounts an agent uses once, and employees build and supervise their agents themselves.

What does a pilot look like?

You choose one to three teams with a lot of repetitive computer work. paloto finds and learns their first tasks, the first agents run supervised on real work, and at the end you see the tasks found, SOPs written and hours saved.

What does it cost?

Pilots are paid and priced by scope, for example the number of teams. You only pay once the pilot starts. We'll send you a proposal after a first conversation.
